ANVR members apply the consumer-friendly ANVR Traveler Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, ANVR travel companies strictly adhere to the Travel Advertising Code and the regulations of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).

ANVR travel companies are also members of the SGR guarantee fund or offer an equivalent guarantee. This gives you certainty that your travel sum will be reimbursed according to the conditions in the event of an ANVR company's bankruptcy.

Travel is adventure! That's why ANVR travel organizations are affiliated to the Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen (SCR). Then you know you'll be reimbursed for your costs in the event of a calamity. For coach travel provided by an ANVR organization, we only work with coach companies that hold an ISO-9001 certificate, supplemented by the ANVR Safety Document or equivalent. Now that's safe.

For your safety, ANVR travel companies also adhere to strict rules set by the Ministry of Health to avoid risks with legionella.

An ANVR travel company has a clear privacy and cookie policy and informs you how it handles personal data. Because you have the right to view, change or delete your data. So you know you can book and pay safely.

The ANVR travel company is happy to help you with questions and complaints. It respects all decisions of the independent Travel disputes Committee and also has a good liability insurance. That gives you confidence!
